As a consultant, Roger Witte applies his more than 40 years of process and combustion-engineering experience to building key relationships between Tulsa Combustion and its customers, vendors and sales representatives. Roger is a familiar face in the energy and petrochemical industries and has operated in all phases of refinery plant operations, terminal design and operation, combustion engineering design, training, troubleshooting, and manufacturing. He teaches burner and flare schools in plants across the world and has authored numerous articles, papers, and books on his profession.

Leaving his position at one of the largest combustion-engineering firms in the world wasn’t a difficult decision for Roger. He considers his new role one of the best opportunities of his career—the chance to regularly exercise his “out-of-the-box” thinking and add to Tulsa Combustion’s track record of successes.
