Jan-Noel Jouas - Vice President,
Senior Project Engineer
"Our skills lie in our ability to see not only
the big picture, but every detail that
defines the big picture."
As vice president-senior project engineer, Jan-Noel Jouas ranks his attention to detail as one of the most important assets in his role at Tulsa Combustion.
With more than 20 years of experience in the design, engineering and fabrication of combustion and incineration systems, Jan-Noel has managed virtually every aspect of environmental control equipment projects in the U.S. and abroad. His expertise includes scheduling, budget and cost management; deadline management; specification review; quality assurance compliance; financial negotiation; purchasing and procurement; equipment fabrication; and relationship management.
Jan-Noel offers extensive experience with numerous systems, including elevated and demountable flare systems, multi-point ground flares, vapor control, vapor combustors, RDF and MSW incinerators, rotary kiln incineration systems, fixed-hearth combustors, and more. He has successfully managed some of the largest and most complex engineering projects in the world—from a $3.5 million multi-point ground flare system for a Saudi ethylene facility, to a more than $5 million thermal treatment system in Savannah, Ill.
